Cancellation Policy

PurePressure Solutions Terms of Service 1. General Terms & Quotes By booking PurePressure Solutions, you agree to these terms. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Pricing may be adjusted with your prior approval if on-site conditions (e.g., heavy buildup, restricted access) differ from the information provided. Written or digital acceptance of a quote authorizes work to commence. 2. Scheduling & Site Preparation Customers must provide clear access to a working water supply, electricity, and the service areas. Please move vehicles, furniture, and obstacles prior to your appointment. Inaccessible or unsafe properties upon arrival may incur a $50.00 trip fee and require rescheduling. 3. Payment Policies Payment is due immediately upon completion unless prior arrangements are made. We accept Cash, Debit, Credit Card, and E-Transfer. Commercial accounts are subject to invoiced net terms. Past-due balances will incur a 2% monthly interest charge. 4. Cancellations & Weather Delays Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50.00 fee. Services delayed by severe weather or unsafe conditions will be promptly rescheduled by the company without penalty. 5. Property Protection & Liability We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose siding, peeling paint, cracked concrete, oxidized surfaces), minor water intrusion through degraded seals, or poor customer preparation (e.g., open windows, unsecured fragile items). Customers must disclose active leaks or electrical hazards in advance. PurePressure Solutions' total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service. 6. Environmental Standards We utilize eco-friendly cleaning solutions and manage all wastewater and runoff in accordance with local municipal regulations. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with the work, notify us within 24 hours and we will correct the issue at no extra cost. Complaints past 24 hours are ineligible for complimentary touch-ups due to environmental factors. *Note on Windows: Standard house washing may leave minor water spots on glass. For a spot-free finish, the "Pure Water Window Cleaning" service must be purchased as an upgrade. 8. Photos & Marketing We take before-and-after photos for quality control and marketing. Please inform us in writing prior to service if you wish to opt out.
